The Justice Navigator™ is an educational self-help research and organization tool only.
By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these limitations.
By accessing or using The Justice Navigator™ ("The Justice Navigator™," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Justice Navigator™ is an interactive educational process navigator. It offers general educational information, publicly available definitions, citations to similar case law, optional process overviews, blank fill-in-the-blank document templates, deadline tracking, evidence organization, and directories of attorneys and bondsmen. The platform functions exclusively as an educational process navigator: the user is always the sole decision-maker. The system never recommends, never chooses, never advises, and never directs. It only surfaces structured, clearly labeled options that the user themselves selects and then populates with their own information.
The Justice Navigator™ is an educational research and organization platform only. We do not practice law, do not provide legal advice, do not review your answers for legal sufficiency, do not draw legal conclusions, do not apply the law to your specific facts, and do not recommend or select forms, strategies, or pathways for you. We are not a law firm and are not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction. Nothing in the service constitutes legal advice, strategy, or representation.
Using this app does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with the platform are not protected by attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine. Nothing you type or upload is privileged or confidential in any legal sense. No attorney-client relationship of any kind is formed by any interaction, question, document, or pathway.
You alone control every decision. The system never gives recommendations, never suggests a "best" option, and never directs any next step. At every decision point the platform presents multiple distinct informational options (at least three where pathways exist), each clearly framed as one possible pathway among others. You alone choose which (if any) educational pathways to explore, you complete every blank field yourself, and you are solely responsible for verifying all information and for any decisions, documents, or actions you take. The platform never auto-advances; nothing further is generated until you actively select an option or enter additional information.
Any AI-generated content is for general educational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. The AI never applies the law to your specific facts, never recommends a course of action, and never selects an option for you. Every AI response is filtered by an automated language and intent filter (the Predictive Preventability Guard) before it is shown to you. This filter detects directive or advisory phrasing (such as "you should," "I recommend," "the best option is," "file this motion") and automatically rewrites any such response into a neutral multi-option format before it is ever displayed. Blocked and rewritten responses are logged internally for continuous improvement and are never shown to users. You must independently verify everything before relying on it.
Document templates are blank or fill-in-the-blank only. The app never auto-fills legal language based on your personal facts and never claims any document is ready for filing or use. External tools such as DocuSign are third-party services outside our control. We never sign, file, or submit documents on your behalf. Any external link is provided for your convenience only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information to courts or third parties; attempt to access another user’s data; interfere with the service’s operation; or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service. You also agree not to treat any AI output as legal advice or as a directive to act.
You retain ownership of the case information and documents you create. By entering content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the educational service to you and to generate the pathways you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. The system never invents facts and never assumes a jurisdiction, fact, or goal you have not explicitly provided.
The Justice Navigator™ name, logo, software, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Third-party legal resources referenced are owned by their respective providers. Do not copy, redistribute, or resell our proprietary content without permission.
The app links to external legal databases, attorney directories, government resources, and third-party tools such as DocuSign. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. No AI-generated content is warranted to be correct, complete, or applicable to your situation.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and all liability for any damages arising from your use of the tool, your reliance on any content, or any decision or action you take. The Justice Navigator™ and its operators assume no liability for any outcomes resulting from your use of the tool. Because all decisions and actions are solely yours, you bear full responsibility for the consequences of relying on any educational information provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any educational information as if it were legal advice.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the My Profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, including to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
