  • •It provides general educational information, publicly available definitions, citations to similar case law, and optional process overviews.

  • •It does not review your personal situation, apply the law to your facts, recommend any pathway, or select any form or strategy for you.
  • •You alone choose which (if any) educational pathways to explore, complete every blank field yourself, and decide what actions to take.
  • •Communications with this tool are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
  • •Laws change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. Always verify information with official government or court sources and consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before taking any action.

By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these limitations.

1. Introduction

The Justice Navigator™ ("The Justice Navigator™," "we," "us," or "our") is an interactive educational process navigator operated by Freedom Advocates Florida Official, LLC, Port Charlotte, Florida (D-U-N-S® 14-850-4457). This policy applies to our website and to our Android app published on Google Play. It provides general educational information about legal processes only. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and the limits on how your information may be used. By using the app, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, city, state, and ZIP code. Case and legal information you enter: case titles, jurisdictions, roles, deadlines, evidence metadata, and document drafts. Chat history from your conversations with our AI tools (Ask The Navigator™, section assistants, and the Inmate Portal). Files, photos, and videos you choose to upload (for example documents and evidence). Messages you send through in-app consultation and support tools. Usage data such as the pages you visit and features you use. Technical data such as device type. Location: only if you tap a "near me" option (for example in the attorney, bondsman, or local resource directories) and grant permission, we use your device location at that moment to sort nearby results; we do not track your location in the background.

3. How We Use Your Information — Only to Generate the Pathways You Request

Your uploaded documents and case details are processed only to generate the educational pathways you request. Specifically, we use your information to: display general educational references; store blank templates and documents you create or upload; track deadlines and send reminders; and match you with attorneys or bondsmen only when you initiate contact. The system never applies the law to your specific facts, never recommends a pathway, form, or strategy, and never selects or directs any action on your behalf. It only surfaces structured, clearly labeled options that you yourself select and populate with your own information.

4. No Attorney-Client Privilege

The Justice Navigator™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this app. Conversations, questions, and uploaded materials are not protected by attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine, and no privilege of any kind attaches to them. For advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney.

5. AI Processing — Educational Only

Your questions and case details may be processed by third-party AI language models to generate general educational responses only. Every AI response is filtered by an automated language and intent filter (the Predictive Preventability Guard) before it is shown to you, which detects and rewrites any directive or advisory phrasing into a neutral multi-option format. The AI never applies the law to your specific facts, never recommends a course of action, and never selects an option for you. Do not enter information you would not want processed by an AI service. We minimize the data sent and do not use your content to train third-party models.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties — No Sharing for Legal Representation

We do not share your data for legal representation purposes. We share data only as necessary to operate the service (such as AI providers, file storage, and email delivery) and when required by law. Verified attorneys and bondsmen listed in our directories are independent professionals; we share your information with them only when you initiate contact, and only to the extent necessary to facilitate that contact. We never share your information to have any party represent you, file on your behalf, or act as your attorney.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We log blocked or rewritten AI responses internally for continuous improvement of the Predictive Preventability Guard; these logs contain no more than a short topic summary and are never shown to other users.

8. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Retention periods: we retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained per your profile for continuity of your research, capped to a rolling limit. Deleted items are removed from active display promptly. Deletion rights: you can delete your account and associated data at any time from the My Profile page, which removes your stored chat history, documents, and personal information. You may also delete individual cases, documents, evidence, or chat entries at any time within their respective screens. We may retain limited anonymized or de-identified data for security, legal compliance, or service improvement as described elsewhere in this policy, and we may retain certain records where required by law.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

In the app or on the website: sign in, open My Profile, go to Account Settings, tap "Delete account," and confirm. This permanently deletes your login and account, profile, AI chat history, cases, documents, evidence and uploaded files, saved complaints, storylines and any anonymous community posts you shared, history and results log, consultation messages, AI reports, and notification preferences. If you cannot sign in, email admin@justice-navigator.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account," and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. Limited records may be kept only where required by law (for example, payment records), and are deleted when no longer required.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications. You also have the right to know that no information you provide is used to recommend, choose, or direct any legal pathway — all choices remain yours. To exercise these rights, use the in-app profile tools or contact us through the developer contact option.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Justice Navigator™ is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
